Based on our own design and development experience and calling on our strong network of industry professionals, we will provide valuable insight and direction to ensure your project is a success.

Assemble a team to conduct necessary Due Diligence (civil engineer, surveyor, etc.)

Assist with selection and engagement with architect (if not Locus) to begin project design.
Manage work through Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Document phases with applicable 3rd parties.

Assist with submittal of construction documents to local jurisdiction for approval.
Coordinate with design team to answer questions during the permitting process.
Creation of RFP to be sent to General Contractors for bids.
Assist with selection and contract negotiation with GC to carry out work.

Act as intermediary between designers, contractors, architect, and owners.
Conduct project coordination meetings.
Facilitate quality control inspections.
Provide reoccurring project reports.

Ensure final punch list created by Architect and GC is completed.
Review required documentation and coordinate transfer of the property following CO.
